Acceptance

By using Stacks Peptide (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or browses the Site — no account is needed to use it and none is offered.

Laboratory-use only

Every product listed on the Site is sold by our partner supplier for in-vitro laboratory use only. No product listed is:

• A drug, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement
• Approved by the FDA for human use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition
• Intended for human consumption, injection, ingestion, or therapeutic application
• Intended for veterinary use on living animals

You agree to use any product purchased through a Site link solely for laboratory research conducted by a qualified researcher, consistent with all applicable laws and institutional policies in your jurisdiction.

Purchases are fulfilled by our partner supplier

The Site is a product catalog with affiliate links. We don't sell, ship, or invoice anything ourselves. When you click a Buy button, you're routed via /out/{product} to our partner supplier's storefront, where the transaction happens.

All of the following are governed by the supplier's terms, not ours:

• Pricing at checkout (prices shown on the Site are indicative; supplier price at checkout is authoritative)
• Stock availability at checkout
• Shipping rates, methods, and timelines
• Order cancellation, modification, and refunds
• Returns, exchanges, and damaged/lost-package claims
• Invoicing and customs documentation

Our general expectation is that shipping is tracked and delivered in 3–5 business days to most US addresses, with free shipping on orders over $200. We work hard to keep product details, pricing, and guide content accurate. We don't guarantee completeness or accuracy and make no warranty that:

• Stock status shown on the Site matches supplier inventory in real time

Affiliate disclosure

Stacks Peptide is an affiliate partner of the supplier whose products we list. When you click a Buy link and place an order, we earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This applies to every product link on the Site.

Intellectual property

Product names, trade names, and chemical names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Personal use of the Site is fine. Systematic scraping, republishing our guides verbatim, or using our page-shape layout to build a competitor is not fine.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Stacks Peptide operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that state.
