The five vials
Clavicular's looksmaxxing stack is a five-layer protocol. Each vial does one specific job. None of them substitute for each other — they stack.
| Layer | Vial | Role | Price |
|-------|------|------|-------|
| Fat loss | [Retatrutide](/products/retatrutide) | Triple GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon agonist for aggressive shred | from $134.99 |
| Gut protection | [BPC-157](/products/bpc-157) | Runs alongside Retatrutide from day one to counter GLP GI effects | $53.99 |
| Skin — GLOW | [GHK-Cu](/products/ghk-cu) | Copper tripeptide for collagen signaling during rapid fat loss | from $45.00 |
| Skin — KLOW | [SNAP-8](/products/snap-8) | Argireline-class topical for dynamic expression lines | $40.50 |
| Lean mass | [Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 Blend](/products/ipamorelin-cjc-1295-blend) | Pulsatile GH support to preserve lean tissue in a deep deficit | from $80.99 |
Layer 1 — Retatrutide (fat loss)
Retatrutide is the core of the stack. It's a triple-agonist: hits the GLP-1, GIP, and Glucagon receptors simultaneously. The glucagon receptor is the differentiator — it raises resting energy expenditure via hepatic fat oxidation and brown-adipose thermogenesis, which the dual-agonist Tirzepatide doesn't do.
Clav's Phase-2 reference data (NEJM 2023 and follow-on Phase-3 TRIUMPH-4) shows −22% to −28% body weight at 48–72 weeks. That's why it's the fat-loss layer, not Tirzepatide.
Vial sizes available: 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg. The 30 mg vial is the best $/mg — $9.90/mg vs $13.50/mg for the 10 mg starter.
Layer 2 — BPC-157 (gut protection)
Retatrutide causes GI side effects in ~43% of users during dose escalation (nausea) and ~34% (diarrhea). BPC-157 is what Clav pairs from week one to pre-empt that — not as a rescue, as a prophylactic.
The mechanism: BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide derived from gastric juice protein. It upregulates the VEGFR2/eNOS pathway (angiogenesis, mucosal blood flow) and stabilizes tight junctions in the GI lining. All three of those are the axes that a GLP dose escalation stresses.
One 10 mg vial at $53.99 covers a standard 4–8 week escalation cycle.
Layer 3 — GHK-Cu (GLOW — skin signaling)
Rapid fat loss from a GLP protocol compromises skin quality. GHK-Cu is the vial that addresses that. The tripeptide (glycyl-histidyl-lysine) with bound Cu²⁺ upregulates 4,000+ genes associated with skin repair — collagen I/III/IV synthesis, VEGF (capillary density in dermis), SOD antioxidant defense.
Natural plasma GHK-Cu drops ~60% between age 20 and age 60, which is why it's researched as a replenishment peptide specifically for skin quality under stress.
Sizes: 50 mg at $45 or 100 mg at $80.99. The [GLOW Blend](/products/glow-blend) bundles GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 in one vial at $80.99 — cheaper than buying the three singles separately.
Layer 4 — SNAP-8 (KLOW — expression lines)
SNAP-8 (acetyl octapeptide-3) is the topical in the stack. It's a SNAP-25 mimic — competes with native SNAP-25 at the neuromuscular junction to blunt acetylcholine release without complete blockade. The Argireline-class research target.
Unlike the injectables, SNAP-8 is reconstituted and formulated into a topical cream/gel. That's the KLOW protocol.
One 10 mg vial at $40.50. Cheapest vial in the whole stack.
Layer 5 — Ipamorelin / CJC-1295 (lean mass preservation)
Aggressive caloric deficit from a GLP protocol risks lean tissue. The GH-secretagogue stack addresses that axis. CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a GHRH analog at ~30-minute half-life — preserves pulsatile GH release. Ipamorelin is a selective GHS-R1a agonist — no cortisol or prolactin spike like GHRP-6 and Hexarelin.
The pre-mixed [Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 Blend](/products/ipamorelin-cjc-1295-blend) at $80.99 is the cheapest way to run both. Buying Ipamorelin 10 mg ($53.99) + CJC-1295 No DAC 5 mg ($44.99) separately = $98.98. The blend saves $17.99 plus one reconstitution.
Dosing window: 30–60 minutes pre-sleep to amplify the natural nocturnal GH pulse.
Order to buy
You don't need all 5 vials up front. The stack phases cleanly:
- First order — Retatrutide 15 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + Bacteriostatic Water 30 mL = $245.67. Ships free (over $200). This is the functional foundation — fat loss + gut protection.
- Second order (~4 weeks in, once the GLP side-effect pattern stabilizes) — Add GHK-Cu 50 mg ($45) for skin support. Pair with any refill.
- Third order (when ready to add GH support) — Add the Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 Blend ($80.99) and SNAP-8 ($40.50). $121.49 combined.
Total cost — full stack

| Full | All 5 + TB-500 optional | ~$466.15 |
Every tier above Foundation crosses the $200 free-shipping threshold automatically.
Pair with the right bacteriostatic water
All five injectable vials ship lyophilized. You need [bacteriostatic water](/products/bacteriostatic-water) ($11.69 for 30 mL) to reconstitute them. One 30 mL bottle covers 2–4 full vial reconstitutions — budget two bottles on your first foundation order if you plan to add layers over the next month.
